Doctor Randy Davis is an orthopedic surgeon and professor who is well-respected for his knowledge of the field and skills as a lecturer. He currently resides in the Baltimore metropolitan area.

Doctor Randy Davis works for the Baltimore Washington Medical Center where he has been an orthopedic surgeon since 1983. He has served in a number of leadership positions at the Baltimore Washington Medical Center. From 2003-2015, he was the Director of Spine Surgery. He was also the President of the Medical Staff from 2012-2013.

Currently, Doctor Davis is the Lead Surgeon for the University of Maryland Spine Fellowship at Baltimore Washington Medical Center.  Dr. Davis is board certified by the National Board of Medical Examiners and the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery. Doctor Randy Davis is licensed to practice medicine in the state of Maryland.

In regard to his work in education, Doctor Randy Davis is an Associate Professor of Orthopedics and Neurosurgery at the Johns Hopkins University and Associate Professor of Orthopedics at the University of Maryland. He has also consulted for a number of companies, providing his extensive knowledge of orthopedics and neurosurgery to help with the design of spinal implants for lumbar, thoracic and cervical fusion surgeries as well as cervical disc replacement.

When Doctor Randy Davis is not in the hospital and classroom, he can often be found giving back. He works with his colleague, Dr. Ben Carson and his Carson Scholars Program, to fund the education of students who exemplify academic achievement and humanitarianism. In addition to that, he consulted on RXLaughter.com in the production of a video demonstrating how humor can help healing. Finally, he works with WeAreProjectZero.org to promote ocean conservation and rescue efforts.
